There are such a thing as loans for Resident Physicians, Fellows, or Practicing Physicians… If you are one of those, you can get special mortgage services, yeah… It is good stuff! Suntrust Bank, Compass BBVA, and Bank of Texas are some of the institutions that will do these “Doctor Loans” or “Physician Loans”.  They actually take into account the future income and they look right past all the student loans and DO NOT count that against the debt to income ratio… Not a bad deal! I will never pretend to be an expert on lending so if you have any questions, I can direct you to the right person(s). You just gotta use me to purchase the home! : )
